At Wpgplshop, we offer digital products that are downloadable instantly after purchase. As such, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Why No Refunds?

Due to the nature of digital goods, once a product is downloaded, it cannot be returned. As our products are intangible and instantly accessible after purchase, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.

Exceptions

We may consider exceptions only in the following rare situations:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.

  • The product cannot be downloaded due to an issue on our end (not due to your device, browser, or internet connection).

In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of purchase with full details, and our support team will investigate.
